Return & Refund Policy – Vivid Autostyle
Customer satisfaction is important to us at Vivid Autostyle. This policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned and refunds issued.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Items showing signs of wear or usage
- Customized or special-order products
- Products without original packaging
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number, images/videos of the product, and a description of the issue.
Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Vivid Autostyle does not provide cash refunds or COD refunds.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are processed only after product inspection.
