At Vivid Autostyle, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders may be canceled.
Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Cancellation by Vivid Autostyle
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or policy violations. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
Refund Timeline
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
No Cash on Delivery
Vivid Autostyle does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders are prepaid and subject to this cancellation policy.
